The Maple Angus: Delicious, Affordable Eats in Center Rutland, VT

Had lunch at another local food truck now dine-in last w/e. Way over priced, side orders came before meals and food only so so. Maple Angus you guys hit it out of the park! Best steak & cheese around not pricey. Super friendly staff. Keep doing what you’re doing

Great place to get lunch or dinner in the area! Don’t miss to try their fried mushrooms, fried zucchini and Ice Cream! Staff were really nice and provided great service.

We go here as much a possible to eat. Food is great. Atmosphere is good,and Saturday night dinners. It's amazing. Sometimes I just run to just grab a steak and cheese. Grinder absolutely amazing! Or I just grabbed chicken fingers on the go. Let's not forget about the chicken wings so good

Their food is really yummy! It is nicely priced as well! I wanna open with this; the lady at the counter is the worst part of the establishment. This is the 7th review on this business that mentions the lady at the counter. Everyone else who works there is super nice but the lady at the counter who takes your order is absolutely horrendous. She is never in a good mood, and is always short with you and makes you feel rushed to order. I waited to make this review just to see if I caught her on a bad day but I’ve had multiple interactions with her and she’s been quite rude. But the food is good and prices are great and everyone else is nice but I think twice every time I am craving their food to see if I want to deal with her. I wouldn’t really describe it as a place to sit down and eat but they do have seating available and will bring it out to you. It’s cute and country but not necessarily my style. But the food is pretty yummy and it is country cute!

Just had my first experience at Maple Angus. Beef Philly Cheese with peppers, onions and mushrooms basket. Came with handcut French fries. Maple soft serve (creamy) on cone for dessert. All around great experience. Sunday night at 5pm. Cooking staff expediting food. 1 girl was even bussing tables along with cooking. She gets the MVP award. Owner came in to help staff. It was a true test and the whole team did great. On top of great Philly and fries and ice cream to finish. Definitely a place to visit. Go early for no waiting.

If I've had a better Reuben, I can't remember when. Killer menu, great beer selection. Already looking forward to my next visit

Delightful place to grab a burger and a tasty side. The food was prepared quickly and the ingredients were high quality. There is a selection of craft beer too. The ambience and decor is cool too. Very enjoyable experience!
